Soy Bean Soup |
1x Carrot, 2x Zukini, 3x Mushroom, 1x Red Chilli, 1x Green Chilli (Optional or you can just use red chilli), Garlic, Bean Sprouts, Tofu (50g), Pork Slice, Fish Oil, Olive Oil and Soy Bean Paste.
Steps
- Set the stove at medium heat. Add Olive Oil and a little bit of Garlic to cook the pork - wait till its brown.
- Add a teaspoon of Fish Oil, to bring the salty flavour into the soup. Then, add water (Depends on the number of people your serving).
- Add the Vegetables one at a time.
- Carrot
- Zukini
- Mushroom
- Chilli - Set stove to low heat, and then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of Soy Bean paste
- Lastly, add in sliced cubes of Tofu and then Bean Sprouts.
