Herb Thigh Chicken |
Parsley, 2x Gloves of Garlic, Thyme, Dry Chilli Flake (Masterfood), Salt & Pepper, 1x Cube of Butter, Olive Oil and Thigh Chicken.
Steps
- Firstly, create a pocket opening with each of the Thigh Chicken skin.
- Prepare the Herb Filling and insert it in the Chicken pocket:
- Mix and add Parsley, 2x gloves of Garlic, Thyme and 2 Teaspoons of Masterfood's Dry
Chilli Flake, Salt and Pepper and 1x cube of butter. - Set stove to high heat and put Olive Oil on the pan.
- Sprinkle Salt ONLY on the top of chicken (make the chicken skin crispy), and then cook the top of the Thigh Chicken.
- Then cook the bottom of the chicken and add Salt and Pepper - cook till it is brown.
- Lastly, once Chicken is nice and brown, transfer the Thigh Chicken into the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
